Worcester Music Academy: Teen Rock Bands!

11:00am - 12:30pm

Local teens and pre-teens from the Worcester Music Academy will perform favorite cover songs and original pieces! Rock Band Director: Joy Rachelle Murrieta.

Cory Scott - Rat Catcher Extraordinaire!

12:00pm - 3:00pm

Cory Scott - the Rat Catcher Exraordinaire will take you on delightfully zany interactive adventure as he roams around the  park. He really is the Pied Piper!

Crocodile River Music

12:30pm - 1:00pm

Join Crocodile River Music's Issa Coulibaly and Antoinette Mutuyimana for an interactive drum and Dance experience inspired by the music of Mali and West Africa!  Then join them in the Creative Arts Play area to look at and play with different instruments from around the world.  

Who loves a parade? South High Marching Band

1:00pm - 1:30pm

Join the award winning South High Community School band, just off their performance at the 240th Anniversary of the Declaration of Independence in Philadelphia PA! Join the band, and march with them as they parade around the park! Following their performance you will have a chance to talk to the musicians as they show you how their instruments work.

Dora the Explorer – Read Along

1:30pm - 2:00pm

For this year’s read-along we are so excited that the world famous Dora the Explorer will be joining us for a interactive read a long!  Join her as we "explore" the book  I Spy a Dinosaur's Eye by Jean Marzollo.  We will distribute 500 books to participants. Dora has graciously agreed to take pictures after her performance!!!

Juggler Janoah Bailin

2:00pm - 2:30pm

Janoah Bailin will be roaming around the festival from 12-3PM riding his unicycle and juggling objects. He often pauses to pull willing playful passers-by into the act!

Join him at the main stage at 2:00PM where he will use juggling props with puppetry, dance and stories for an engaging and entertaining performance inviting inventive interaction from both kids and adults! .

Steven Craig's Silly Time Magic Show

2:30pm - 3:00pm

Steven Craig is a "silly" and engaging magician, especially for young children. He is a wonderful magician and you can meet his bunny Snowy that is part of the act. In addition to the magic he also tells funny jokes, is an engaging storyteller and provides lots of opportunities for audience participation. 

Southeast Asian Coalition Lion Dancers

3:30pm - 4:00pm

Come to the Main Stage for a performance of the Lion Dance by the Southeast Asian Coalition. Then become part of the celebration as the Lions lead a parade around the park!
