Hula hoops have been around since the 1950’s. Children still love them! Today, hula hooping has come full circle. Adults have begun using stronger, larger, heavier hoops for fitness and fun. Come and decorate your own hula hoop to take home (while they last) and then learn to use it while “hooping” in rhythm to the music!
Using Imagination Playground blocks, kids build a new world every day. They make objects like animals, rocket ships, and robots. They make imaginary places like houses, factories, and cities. They make new dramatic scenarios, settings, and games to play. Most important, they make the rules. Because Imagination Playground is child-directed and open-ended, it encourages self-expression through deep, joyful play. Equipment was provided by the Worcester Family Partnership!
Run around, jump over, crawl through tunnels, jump on bubble wrap... Challenge yourself to successfully complete our obstacle course.
Have you ever played with a Phlat ball? The ball starts out flat, like a Frisbee, and then changes into a ball in flight so that it is easier to catch. Have fun with your family and friends playing catch with this exciting new toy!
Come and meet Jake and some of the baseball players from Worcester’s own Bravehearts Baseball Team! They will be in the Physical play area from 12:30-1:30PM. They will be available for pictures!
